This project is yet to be built, but it embodies many sustainable design principals
that can be easily integrated with residential projects. The plan is to build a new
residence that is attached to an existing single family residence. At 1550 sq. ft. the
new unit is one-third smaller than the average new American house. It can be a
comfortable home for a family of four, or it can be modified to suit empty nesters.
