Cherry Street Project Southeast Perspective
This project is yet to be built, but it embodies many sustainable design principals that can be easily integrated with residential projects. The plan is to build a new residence that is attached to an existing single family residence. At 1550 sq. ft. the new unit is one-third smaller than the average new American house. It can be a comfortable home for a family of four, or it can be modified to suit empty nesters.

-   The location is pedestrian oriented. It is a
short walk to shops & parks.
-   Public Transportation is convenient to use.
A commuter rail stop and bus stops are within walking distance.
-   Existing infrastructure and existing structures
are being utilized.
