Design Inspired by Environment
Royer Architects' inspiration is derived from environment: personal, regional and global. The look and feel of each project
emerges from the nature of the site and the personalities of the clients. In response to climate, local materials and contemporary
lifestyles, we are working to develop a modern regional design vernacular. We try to do more with less to achieve designs that are
elegant, while being responsive to global environmental pressures.
Collaboration
The design process is art. It is a means of bringing a place to life. We enjoy the process immensely and invite clients to collaborate.
Timeless Design
New England's architectural tradition offers a foundation for experimentation and improvisation. We avoid fads and fashions and strive to make places that will be valued as much in 50 years as they are today.

client-architect relationship, see the Homeowner's Project Handbook, published by the Boston Society of Architects.
