This project is yet to be built. The proposal is to better utilize a long narrow property by attaching a new residence to the back of an existing single family residence. At 1550 sq ft, the new unit will be 1/3 smaller than the average new American house, but can be a very comfortable dwelling for a couple or small family. The new home is designed to create separate realms for each residence and to make use of all the outdoor spaces.
