This was as much a landscape project as it was an architectural project. The clients wanted a new detached garage and a mudroom/bath addition which would integrate well with their beautiful gardens. The old garage was removed to create open space in the center of the garden. The new garage was tucked behind a graceful oak tree at the rear of the site. The new bathroom has windows on two walls and a balcony overlooking the garden.
