Sustainable spaces designed
for life
ARCHITECTURE + LANDSCAPES + CONSULTING
We start every project by imagining with our clients how their new space will feel to live in. Maybe it’s a mudroom that brings order to chaotic mornings. An expanded family room flexible enough for game night fun or quiet star gazing. Or a bedroom that brings calm at the end of the day’s storm.
To this ongoing conversation, we bring years of expertise in architecture and landscape design, sustainable building practices, energy efficiency and cost optimization—helping us craft a unique experience for your home and budget.

“…you brought sunshine into my life, literally providing me with a sunny room at all hours of the day, and where I now spend all my waking moments.”
— KITTY | WELLESLEY, MA
“What was a full-blown disaster of a house fire turned out to be a wonderful adventure, thanks to Chris Royer. His compassion and sensitivity to our needs; his generosity with his time and his patience; his simple but elegant architectural sensibility all contributed to creating our beautiful house and home. Thank you Chris!”
— BILL & SARA | CONCORD, MA
“Working with Chris was a joy! Through our conversations about my house's renovation, and through visiting showrooms together, Chris helped me connect with my own design sense and priorities.”
— LILLIAN | PROVIDENCE, RI
